Key Account Manager
In this role, you must have 3 to 5 years experience in a B2B sales position. As this is a newly developed position you will focus on developing a strategy to acquire new sales opportunities and client relationships to meet short and long-term business goals.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- A self-starter who’s autonomous yet collaborative
- Ability and motivation to find, develop, and close sales
- Positive hands on attitude with a desire to learn
- 3-5 years prior experience in B2B sales
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Able to thrive and prioritize in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop a business plan for a successful B2B strategy
- Identify and drive sales opportunities to meet business goals
- Process sales orders via phone, e-mail, social media etc.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
- Provide consistent customer service to retailers to achieve revenue goals and relationship growth
- Work closely with our supply teams to make the fulfillment possible
