Key Account Manager

In this role, you must have 3 to 5 years experience in a B2B sales position. As this is a newly developed position you will focus on developing a strategy to acquire new sales opportunities and client relationships to meet short and long-term business goals.

Qualifications and Attributes:
  • A self-starter who’s autonomous yet collaborative
  • Ability and motivation to find, develop, and close sales
  • Positive hands on attitude with a desire to learn
  • 3-5 years prior experience in B2B sales
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Able to thrive and prioritize in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business plan for a successful B2B strategy
  • Identify and drive sales opportunities to meet business goals
  • Process sales orders via phone, e-mail, social media etc.
  • Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
  • Provide consistent customer service to retailers to achieve revenue goals and relationship growth
  • Work closely with our supply teams to make the fulfillment possible
